I have just added a few new songs to my i-pod after my mother buying me a itunes card. It took so long for me to download the songs that it took a couple of days just to download about 10 songs. But my favorite song that I downloaded was "Please Don't Leave Me" by pink. The video is so priceless and the lyrics is easy to relate to. Plus I love the outfits and make up that pink gets to wear. Gives me a couple of ideas for halloween. But I most likely will go to Hot Topic and buy a red riding hood outfit. I thought it was so cute and sexy when someone that worked at Hot Topic wore it. 

Why can't we all get along?

My mother sent me these pictures and article through e-mail today. I thought it was so cute and heart warming! 

In a zoo in California , a mother tiger gave birth to a rare set of triplet tiger cubs. Unfortunately, due to complications in the pregnancy, the cubs were born prematurely and due to their tiny size, they died shortly after birth.

The mother tiger, after recovering from the delivery, suddenly started to decline in health, although physically she was fine. The veterinarians felt that the loss of her litter had caused the tigress to fall into a depression. The doctors decided that if the tigress could surrogate another mother's cubs, perhaps she would improve.

After checking with many other zoos across the country, the depressing news was that there were no tiger cubs of the right age to introduce to the mourning mother. The veterinarians decided to try something that had never been tried in a zoo environment. Sometimes a mother of one species will take on the care of a different species. The only 'orphans' that could be found quickly were a litter of weanling pigs. The zoo keepers and vets wrapped the piglets in tiger skin and placed the babies around the mother tiger. Would they become cubs or pork chops?

Albert Einstein once said, "We should take care not to make the intellect our god; it has, of course, powerful muscles but no personality. It cannot lead; it can only serve." Leaders know and science has discovered emotionality's deeper purpose: the timeworn mechanisms
of emotion allow two human beings to receive the contents of each other's minds. Emotion is the message of love; it is the vehicle that carries every signal from one brimming heart to another.

I know this is different from what you have being receiving from me but that what leadership is all about “having different perspective” and it is about looking at different options available to us in achieving results. I will surely say when I received this message this morning from a friend I immediately thought what a good leadership lesson to share. It is important to encourage leaders of all levels to learn how to deal with people in everyday life and manage personal relationships effectively and successfully especially at these tough times of uncertainties and fear due to our current State budget short-falls. Leaders should continue to instill trust, innovate, and take a chance once in a while. You cannot say somebody cannot do a certain type of job when you have not even given that person the chance or opportunity to exhibit their skills and talents. Remember, Change is slow but necessary. Sharing is Caring

I found this picture on Pic Cat a while ago and I thought I would post it up. I found that it was so cute that these two cats would drink together at the same time. I think that everyone she should share with the people around them no matter what or who it is. Even though I am a very territorial kind of person I do try and share my things and my friends or family. I just don't like it when I start to hate the person who is getting close to someone I love. Or protect my things like it is gold. I want others to feel free to come into my life without my possessive side showing its ugly head. So that is what I plan to do. To better myself. Anyway if you have the same problems as I do with sharing! Just remember. All things in this world is owned by God and everyone that surrounds you are God's children. If you do not believe in God then find another way to remind yourself that it is more about the give then the take. I don't know. It is up to you! 

Angelina Jolie Modeling Career

I just logged into the blog called Perez Hilton and saw that Angelina is starting off her modeling career! Although the pics he showed on his blog is all black and white! I thought I would just find a picture of her on google that was colored. I believe that Angelina as a model and actress and wonderful is a great combination for her. I just hope she can handle it. :D 

Service Day

Today my whole school celebrated service day where everyone does some community work. My group and another group from another class had to go to Cougar Mountain and make a trail. We had to put gravel into barrels and then pour it over the bigger rocks on the trail. It was such hard work but we did our best and things went great. I just wish my stomach was hurting so much! Cause of something I ate yesterday or this morning. Well, anyway! That is what I did. 

Sunday Morning [Jesus Loves You]

This is what my church looks like! It is so large but if you don't get there quick enough. You will have a hard time finding a seat. This church has 3 services, one on Saturday and two on Sunday. We also have musicians and singers and a lot of instruments. We also have Pastor Jerry and someone who welcomes anyone who might be new to the church.

My Tattoo

I got this tattoo not too long ago! It took almost two hours for the tattoo artist to finish it. It hurt so much but it was worth it! The cost for this tattoo was like 100 something dollars. And the words under my tattoo is "Do you have a key". My friend suggested for me to put that under my tattoo and so I did it. She was so shocked that I actually did it. She thought that the sentence was so corny and my mother thought it was naughty. But I think it is pretty sweet because it I am asking for the key to my heart. And that key has to match the key hole which is Jesus aka God aka Holy Spirit aka The Lord. 

Apples at the Top

I found this concrete poem on my friend Alex's myspace a long time ago. She no longer has it on her profile but I thought I would share this with you. Because I think this poem rings the truth. Sometimes I believe that men love easy woman but they don't respect them. They deal with these women because they don't want to higher their expectations. At least with a girl who is easy they can cheat on them and not have any attachment to them. 

But with a wonderful girl that has a heart and soul and doesn't give themselves away so easily. They have to be careful, loyal, attached, and remember sweet moments like the first date. They have to actually give their hearts to these wonderful good apples, knowing that 50% of the time it will be returned shattered and broken. But I think men have to understand that a woman can go through the same thing. She can go out with anyone that has a pulse and doesn't care who she makes love to. But I believe that the real similarity lies in the fear of being hurt, falling off of the apple tree. 

I just wish that the good apples wouldn't put themselves down. Thinking that no one wants them and that they are not attractive to the male species. These girls need to learn the truth and ride through life like the princesses they are. And wait for the brave prince just like the poem says at the end. 

LOVE MIGHT BE A MISTAKE BUT IT IS WORTH MAKING.

Warmth

Most people love the warmth of the sun and they go out everyday to bask in its brilliance.  I however hate the warmth with all of my heart for it smothers me. It doesn't allow me to feel a cool breeze come through the room because then it would disrupt its balance. I have to wear light colored clothing or else I am a magnet for heat. The sun comes out and I have to squint my already small eyes. The car is effected by this warmth however small. You can feel when you sit down in its seat, put on your seat belt, and close the door. Warm turns into hot and I have to open up a window. I should blame all of this hatred toward warm weather and the sun to the place where I live. 75% percent of the time it rains, its cloudy and it's extremely cold.  I just can't get used to the warmth of the summer and therefore I would rather swim or go to an ice rink or stay in doors. 

But then there are different kinds of warmth that doesn't have anything to do with the sun. So I shouldn't say that I hate warmth or that I don't need it. Because I like how warm it feels inside when I drink a hot coco or when I have found someone I truly love or when I cozy up to someone (being in their arms). I love those moments and I would never throw them away.

Abstract Glass Art with a Touch of Yellow

I am sorry that I forgot about posting up a Mellow Yellow Monday blog last week. But here is a beautiful art piece that came across going into a theatre/restaurant building. I love how there are so many colors, shapes of squiggly lines, and that it comes it three pieces. You can't really take a picture of this art piece all together. You have to take it in one at a time. Because otherwise the picture looks really dark and you can't really tell that it has yellow on it. So anyway I hope you like it!

Look closely and you can see plant growing out of the wood! 

I love how plants can grow anywhere they want to grow. I just wonder how in the world a seed got inside that wood and grew into something so nice. It might be small but it caught my eye. So anyway I hope this inspires you to go outside and find something that really interests you. You never know where it will be or when. So just take your camera and make sure everything is in focus. 

Anyway this week has been the most horrible and the most wonderful week ever. There were moments where I couldn't care less about the world or my troubles. Then there were moments where all my troubles came knocking on my door. I find it really strange that my emotions have become a wave and that I have cried this week. Because most of the time everything remains the same and everything just seems so plain but not this week. Ok maybe this week too but only when it came to school.

My Favorite Teenage Singer

I have been  a fan of Miley Cyrus ever since the first episode of Hannah Montana. All of my friends shake their heads and roll their eyes when I say that. They don't think that I should like her but I do. Because she is actually a really great actress, singer, and a nice person. I have never met her before but I have never heard her say anything bad about her fans like K-Stew. Also just because she put up some inappropriate pictures in the past. It does not mean she will end up like Brittany Spears. 

Anyway the reason why I am bringing her up! Is because of all of the hate Perez Hilton is giving her. He constantly calls her a slut and draws dicks on her pictures all of the time. He thinks it is funny when people like Fox who makes fun of Miley. He doesn't believe she is an actual actress or that her new movie in movie theatre is not actual movie. All of things on a girl who is only 16 years old! He has been saying these things from the beginning and I am tired of it.

He is just as bad as those people on oxygen.com who comment hate comments on Pretty Wicked and The Bad Girls Club.

International Festival Today

Today we had people from around the world visit our school and stay with some of our students. I didn't have the room to house any of these wonderful foreigners but I got to see them. Some of them came from China, Vietnam, Belgium, and etc. I found them speaking in their own languages and then talking in english. It makes me feel bad that I am not really fluent in any language. I barely know how to speak mandrine chinese and people from China can speak really good english. Well, of course, they have somewhat heavy accents. But they can atleast understand what we are saying and reply back perfectly.

So anyway in my Yoga class I believe a lot of people from our class scared the foreigners! Because they were playing this game where they scream really loudly and make sword movements with their arms. So all you could hear for the longest time was "YAAAA" "YAAAA" "YAAAAA!!!!!!". I thought that was so funny. Then this guy named Matt wanted to play this game called Big Booty. Where he is the Big Booty and two of his friends is number 1 and number 2. And I am like gross! So he is the butt? And they are poop and pee? I don't get it.

Anyway besides being interested in school! I have been obesessed with reality television shows. Such as Pretty Wicked, Tough Love, Rock of Love Bus 3 (I can't believe Bret chose Taya! AGH!), For the Love of Ray J, and I love money 2. Yea I know! I need to stop watching TV. But it is hard not to get addicted to these types of shows. I love the drama and the fighting and the yelling! I don't know why. But it makes me laugh! It is so funny how these guys make up cliques on the show every single time. They don't get along and they always make a scene. Well anyway my favorite reality show right now is Pretty Wicked! Because it is a lot like the Bad Girls Club except a girl leaves every episode and wins 50,000 dollars!

The person I really want to win Pretty Wicked is Ana or Katie. I love both of these girls even though they aren't friends. I don't understand why people would hate on either of them really. I think they are just so used to hating the Ambers from the Bad Girls Club 3. They just think up of ways to hurt the girls on the show by insulting them on their blogs or pics. I think those people need to get a life or self-esteem.

Baby Panda needs a Tissue please

Be sure to pay attention the baby panda when you watch this video. At first you can't help but look at the mother and you might think the mother made the noise. But it is the baby panda. Anyway I hope it makes you laugh and that it gets you over the last day before the weekend!
My school is very open and they love accepting people! So of course we are going to have a Gay Straight Alliance on school grounds. So anyway tomorrow our school is going to take a day of silence! It is to signify that gays should not be silent and should stand up for their rights. For love knows no gender. Although I am straight as an arrow! I have a lot of friends who are either bisexual or lez. I don't know if any of my guy friends are gay or not but I suspect that they are not 1oo% percent man (mentally). Anyway I do not believe that gay or bisexual are born the way they are. I believe it is a CHOICE. God did not make a man and a woman for Adam so that he can choose between the two. He made a woman. Plus it is human nature to love the opposite sex. Don't be mad at me if you believe it is in a person's DNA that they are gay. It is just my opinion. 

I love the drill team! Another Youtube Video

I have always preferred the drill team over the cheerleaders. Mainly because the drill team actually knows how to dance and what they do is original. While the cheerleaders make up stupid cheers, they always do a boring routine, and they fall multiple times. So if you just got into high school or something you should join the drill team. Anyway the video is my high school drill team! Go Islanders Go! Fight Fight Fight! LOL Anyway I might as well post up a blog about them. Cause time is almost up. Anyway tell me if you like them and if you don't tell me why! And you should go into youtube and watch the other drill team videos.

I am not in the drill team myself and I would never try out. I mean others can but I can't. I have no coordination and I have stage fright. So those two things prevent me from doing it. :D Sucks huh?

School is so lame!!!! Two months of torture left.

My high school career is about to end! Graduation is around the corner. But there are a few bumps in the road! Like homework, projects, tests, papers, presentation, and etc. Everything that stresses me out! I know that everyone goes through this and that I am just whining. But it really seems the teacher want us to sweat before we finally get out. They have been laying back and letting us relax the whole year. And now that we are about to leave! Hard work comes a knocking on the door.

Anyway the video above is my girl Miss Lyna again! She has been my friend since I was 8 years old. She is much younger then me! She still has many years to go before she enters into college. Oh! And she is in a dancing crew and she is a very talented c walker who is learning how to break dance. The video that I am showing was something she did a year ago.

These chinese lanterns are so beautiful! I cannot believe I found them in google. I have always wanted to have a few of these lanterns around my house. But I believe they are very dangerous if they fall! Since there is an actual candle inside of the lantern. 

Sakura Con was last weekend! I missed it because I was not willing to fork over so much money just to enter into the convention. Well, anyway my friend told me about it and how she wanted to buy a knife. Apparently you can buy weapons and they are at a fair price at Sakura Con. You just have to be 18 years old and have the ability to prove your age. So my friend went as three different anime characters and bought black and red fox ears. Oh! But if you don't know what Sakura Con is then you really need to go there yourself. It only comes once a year for a whole weekend! Easter weekend. This convention is for anime lovers, voice actor lovers, vampire fang lovers, and weapon lovers. 
Two words that I have wanted to hear from a certain person is "I'm Sorry". It has been 2 months since I have talked to this person. I wonder if I should forgive and forget like my father is telling me to. But I can't find it in my heart to forgive someone who is not sorry. Can you? Anyway I will not go into a big description of what this person did to me. I just wanted to get it out there that there is an apology that I need to hear.
